Good/bad letting agencies

I'm likely to be letting my flat out for a couple of years from August. As I'll be living overseas, it will be important for me to have confidence in the agency I choose to let with (confidence that they'll sort any problems quickly; and confidence that they won't be taking advantage of my distance from home to fleece me). Can anyone recommend any good letting agencies in Earlsfield? Or any that I should steer clear of?

(I understand there will be a temptation for unbiased posts in reply to this question, but would really welcome genuine advice from letters as opposed to letting agencies themselves.)
